Little LUMI Model 64 behaviours, 122 frames

Little LUMI Model is a motion library wearing a mascot. Store copy: 64 behaviours run on 122 frames, every one drawn by hand. She is not a looping GIF in a corner. She treats the desktop as terrain, reacts when you touch her, and keeps tiny tells going even when you look away.

Walk, run, sprint, skid

The floor of the monitor is a path. She walks, runs, then sprints and stops with a puff of dust. If she never sprints, she may be in focus mode — one right-click and she settles. Auto detect and pomodoro move her between quiet and break. Call her to the cursor from the tray when you want a sprint on purpose. Right-click for a specific action if you would rather pick the pose.

Terrain and naps

She climbs the window you type in, hangs from title bars, and uses walls, ceilings, window edges, and window faces. She will dive off a title bar for no reason. That dive is a behaviour, not a crash. You pick which applications she may climb. A busy IDE otherwise becomes a jungle gym. Naps happen when nothing is happening. Sitting, looking around, then curling up is part of the 64. If she is frozen and Settings will not open while two Lumis Parade, you want hotfix 1.0.1, not a nap diagnosis.

Idle tells, hello, physics

She is never quite idle: head tilts, humming with floating notes, little hops, sitting, looking around, mumbling. Those tells are why people leave her running during email. They are also why you should not stack every optional extra on day one — bongos, garden islands, and trampolines compete with base idle. Rank them in optional modes.

Click once and she says hello — the obvious match for Nice to Meet You. Pick up, shake, throw are physics toys on top of the 64. Rub the head for a pat; the glow is a frame you will learn to see from across the desk.

Credits and speech

When a credit drops from the sky she notices, runs over, and picks it up with a chime. Steam’s achievement blurb mentions the thousandth credit, so this is not flavour text. Credits are a desktop event, not a cash shop. Extra Lumis share credits on the same machine.

Base Lumi mumbles in speech bubbles. Affection stages unlock more lines. Two Lumis walk up and talk. The Voice Pack puts recorded voice on self-talk and meeting chats: subscribe, restart, pick 루미 보이스 팩 on Sound. LUMI Chat is a different optional mod with an API key and generated TTS. It is not required for bubbles, affection, or the 50 Steam achievements. The feature rank puts Chat below bundled quiet-work tools for that reason.

Extra Lumis and extras

Optional extras rewrite the stage and stay off by default:

• Bongo Lumi — corner drums on typing or mouse motion.
• Floating Garden — you draw islands and ladders; she walks them.
• Pythagoras — platforms, trampolines, walls, ladders, send her to a goal.
• Window toss — she throws a window off the screen.

Studio LUMI has not shipped a numbered public index of all 64 clips. This wiki will not invent names for the missing ones. Learn them in the wild: dust skid, title-bar dive, credit chime, hello, pat glow, nap, high-five, parade. Give those 122 frames a quiet monitor for a day before you add Workshop walkers. Extra sprites make it harder to tell which frames are Lumi.
